Terms of Services

Warranty - In rare cases that your order is lost during shipping, DOA, or malfunctions after proper installation, you may request a replacement within 30-days at no extra cost. We do NOT offer refunds unless the replacement was also lost/defective.

Processing Time - Order processing and shipping can take between 2-7 days depending on our schedule, assuming the neccessary parts are available.

Order Change - You may change or cancel your order provided the order has not already been completed or shipped, so email us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it is non-refundable.

Order Status - AWS will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. Tracking information (if available) will be emailed to your payment e-mail once your order has shipped. You may also view your order status on our website.

Tech Support - AWS will provide as much support as needed for any customer. Use of the live help is strongly suggested if you see any of us online.

Discounts - All discounts are handled by our automated cart system. Discount offers or bulk order prices are subject to change without warning or consent.

Privacy - AWS respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances expose your information to anyone. The only e-mails you will receive from AWS are updates to any recent orders or waiting-list notifications.
