Shipping Methods
Domestic: USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days), or Express Mail (next day)

Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 10 days from the original invoice date for a refund excluding shipping costs.

Warranty
In rare cases that your order is lost during shipping, DOA, or malfunctions after proper installation, you may contact us for a replacement at no cost.

Processing Time
Order are typically processed (programming and assembly) and shipped within 2-4 days (including weekends), provided the items are in stock.

Order status
AWSAirsoft will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. Tracking information (if available) will be emailed to your payment e-mail once your order has shipped. You may also view your order status on our website.

Change order
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped to your address.

Cancel order
You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped.

All discounts are handled by our automated cart system. Discount offers or bulk order prices are subject to change without warning or consent.
